Over $1 million in grants

Since 2002, Sinclair College has received more than $1 million in state funded grants from Ohio Learning Network to create three online programs which are for web based degrees in electronics and computer engineering technology, in construction management and a web based certificate in web programming. Sinclair offers 176 credit granting distance education programs.

Undertaking a course in the Sinclair Community College distance learning program is very different from undergoing classes on campus. There are two kinds of web courses. In the non Web CT Course, students can access the course without setting up an account while the Web CT students need to set up an account in order to obtain courses. The building has interactive classrooms, Open Lab, Cyber Cafe, Video Production Studio and so on.
